Ingredients

  • 2-3 eggs
  • mini bar
  • 250-300 gr flour
  • mini bar
  • 2 c milk
  • mini bar
  • 4 T water
  • mini bar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • mini bar

Method

  1. separate eggs, beat whites until medium peaks
  2. mix other ingredients
  3. fold in egg whites
  4. over medium heat, add approx. 1/2 cup to oiled pan
  5. cook for about 2 minutes a side until golden brown (you can keep them warm in the oven if you want to serve them all at once)

You can serve with any fillings you like. Common ones are:

  • sugar with lemon
  • cinnamon sugar
  • nutella/chocolate sauce
  • ice cream
  • black cherries
  • honey
  • jam
