Ingredients

  • 200g lamb mince

  • 1 t cumin

  • 1 t ground coriander

  • 1 T coriander leaves, chopped

  • 1 lime juiced

  • 1 red chilli, chopped

  • 1 T gram flour

  • salt and pepper

Method

In a mixing bowl, mix together the lamb, cumin, ground coriander, chopped coriander, lime juice, chilli and gram flour.

Mix together well and season with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Divide the lamb mixture into 4 even portions and wrap each portion around a skewer, pressing the meat onto the skewer.

Preheat the grill then grill the lamb skewers until cooked through and browned on both sides.

Serve at once.
