Ingredients
- 1 lightly beaten egg

- 3/4 c soft bread crumbs

- 1/2 c sour cream

- 2 T dry onion soup mix

- 1/4 t allspice

- 1/4 t nutmeg

- 1/2 lb ground beef

- 1/2 lb ground pork

- 2 T flour

- 1 T oil

- 1 c beef stock

- 1 T flour

- 2 T water

- 2 T parsle

Method
- In a bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, sour cream, soup mix, allspice, nutmeg.
- Add beef and pork, mix well
- Shape into 15 balls.
- Coat with the 2 tablespoons of flour
- Brown in a skillet for approx. 10 minutes
- Reduce heat and add stock
- Simmer covered for 15 minutes
- Remove meatballs
- Combine the 1 tablespoon flour and 2 tablespoons of water and thicken the stock, stirring for 1 minute
- Return meatballs and simmer
- Add parsley when ready to serve
